I struggle with these, unless I rip-off exercises from somewhere but here goes (again)
1 Write a poem that subverts or inverts or recombines cliched sayings and/or stereotypes
2 A poem using only X words (say 10 or 15 or 20) (a, an, the, and, but, or : don't count) over and over (every one must be used twice, preferably more... and of course the poem should say something
3 A poem using books, quarterly, chick, lit, courgette
4 The death of someone close but no death-words
